Dummy Plug for Revox A77On the Revox A77 the remote connector on the deck requires either a dummy plug or a wired remote be plugged in or the deck won't latch a function. For example when you press play it will only stay in play mode while you hold the button down. Once you release the button the deck goes back to stop. If you have a dummy plug plugged in when you press play you can release the button and it will stay in play. This is why a dummy plug is required (or the wired remote).
