Vintage Century Mark IV RM 2000 AM FM 8 Track Portable Radio w/ AC Cord -READ
It seems like the motor is not turning and is probably a rubber belt that has aged but not certain, also the door is not attached properly. When inserting a tape it does produce static like it wants to work.
