All 3 of them turn, left to right. The one on the left with the blue wires the shaft is bent, middle on is fine, one on right a little stiff. Message with questions.

Akai GXC-725D Cassette Deck
Seems to work perfectly. In great physical condition. Have not tested with speakers but the cassette deck plays, rewinds, and fast forwards. Previous owner treated it with great care.
